About Me
I am a Korean-American therapist with over 8 years of working in the mental health field. My clinical work has been focused on supporting Asian American individuals in navigating mental health challenges through a lens of cultural responsiveness and historical trauma.
In addition to individual counseling, I have developed and facilitated groups focused on healthy identity development, mindfulness, and building positive coping skills.
My Credentials
University of Washington - Seattle, Masters in Social Work
University of Wisconsin - Madison, Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare
WA Dept of Health License #LW61192171
WA Dept of Health Approved Clinical Supervisor
Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, spending time indoors (with my support staff pictured below), and having too many crafting projects going at one time.
